Start your day with a healthy dose of protein in this smoothie.

  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 handful frozen berries
  • 1 handful frozen greens
  • 1-2 Tbs peanut butter or almond butter
  • 1 cup of almond milk, unsweetened
  • pinch of cinnamon

Add ingredients to a blender, blend until smooth. If necessary, add a few Tbsp of water to achieve desired consistency. Enjoy!
