Police involved shooting

Surveillance video obtained by the Inquirer appears to show a police shooting from May 20, 2019. Police and witnesses have said that a detective opened fire thinking that 28-year-old Joel Johnson, an unarmed panhandler, was armed and possibly about to rob him.
