The Phillies will unexpectedly face Mets ace lefthander Johan Santana on Sunday night.

Because of a rainout on Monday, the Mets have rearranged their rotation to get Santana on the mound in the ESPN game, the Newark (N.J.) Star-Ledger reported. Santana (3-1) pitched six shutout innings in a win over the Dodgers yesterday.

Oliver Perez was scheduled to pitch Sunday night but he will be held out until Monday, when he will face the Reds. *
