The Cavaliers (23-6, 12-5 Atlantic Coast Conference) got off to a 12-0 start and looked as if they might blow the Tigers out. Instead, Clemson (16-13, 9-8) scratched away and led, 47-46, on Gabe DeVoe's three-pointer with 6 minutes, 29 seconds left.

But Virginia scored seven straight points to gain control toward its third straight 12-win ACC season. a feat last accomplished from 1981 to '83, when Ralph Sampson patrolled the paint for the Cavaliers.

Jaron Blossomgame led Clemson with 31 points.

Oklahoma 73, Baylor 71 - Buddy Hield scored 23 points in his final home game as the No. 6 Sooners squandered a 26-point lead before regrouping to defeat the No. 19 Bears.

Hield scored 13 points in the game's first eight minutes, but the Sooners fell apart in the second half.

Louisville 56, Georgia Tech 53 - Chinanu Onuaku made two free throws with 30.9 seconds remaining and Damion Lee added two more with 10.7 left to help the No. 11 Cardinals survive the visiting Yellow Jackets.

Duke 79, Wake Forest 71 - Grayson Allen scored 30 points as the No. 17 Blue Devils beat the visiting Demon Deacons.

Marshall Plumlee added 13 points and matched a career high with 17 rebounds, and freshman Brandon Ingram finished with 15 points and 11 rebounds for the Blue Devils (22-8, 11-6 Atlantic Coast Conference).

Kentucky 88, Florida 79 - Jamal Murray scored 21 points, Tyler Ulis added 19 and the No. 22 Wildcats beat the host Gators, handing Florida its fourth consecutive loss.
