The Eagles announced the signing of 11 undrafted rookie free agents Monday.

Most of the players had been signed Saturday just after the end the NFL draft, and their identities began trickling out thereafter.

The Eagles made it official Monday, most significantly addressing the offensive line. For the third time since Andy Reid became head coach in 1999, the Eagles did not draft an offensive lineman.

They addressed that need, however, by adding guard Zipp Duncan of Kentucky, and tackles Austin Howard of Northern Iowa, and Jeraill McCuller of North Carolina State as undrafted free agents.

The Eagles also brought aboard LSU defensive tackle Charles Alexander, Tennessee-Chattanooga wide receiver Blue Cooper, Purdue quarterback Joey Elliott, San Jose State receiver Kevin Jurovich, Weber State cornerback Josh Morris, Purdue cornerback David Pender, Colgate receiver Pat Simonds, and Massachusetts fullback Chris Zardas.

The new additions give the Eagles 82 players on their roster heading into minicamp on Friday. They are permitted to have more than the maximum of 80 because the drafted rookies are not yet under contract.
