A man survived being stabbed five times in the city's Logan section early Sunday morning but he remains in critical condition at Albert Einstein Medical Center, police said.

A man survived being stabbed five times in the city's Logan section early Sunday morning but he remains in critical condition at Albert Einstein Medical Center, police said.

The 19-year-old victim was on 11th Street near Louden around 1:16 a.m. when he was stabbed twice in the stomach, twice in the back, and once in the shoulder by an unidentified assailant, according to authorities.

The victim was taken by a private vehicle to Einstein.

Police have made no arrests in the case and the motive remains undetermined.
