Three men were critically injured, each hit multiple times, in a Sunday-night shooting in the Frankford section of Philadelphia, police said.

The shootings happened about 8:50 p.m. on the 4700 block of Penn Street. Officials said the suspected shooter, a man wearing dark clothing, was last seen running north on Penn.
Officials said a 24-year-old man was shot twice, in the back and buttocks; a 26-year-old man was shot twice, in the face and back; and a 25-year-old man was shot multiple times in the legs, groin, and right arm.
One victim was taken to Aria-Frankford Hospital; the others were taken to Einstein Hospital, police said. The victims' names had not been released.
