A former YMCA property in Voorhees Township, Camden County, is to be auctioned by its owner, the Sterling High School Board of Education.

The sale of the nearly three-acre property at 120 Britton Place is set for Sept. 21 by Max Spann Real Estate & Auction Co., the auction house said in an release this week.

The facility consists of two buildings totaling 40,881 square feet, featuring an indoor pool, a wrestling room, a gym and basketball courts, the auction house said.
