Agrimed Industries LLC, a data-driven specialized medical cannabis cultivation management company, has named Bruce Goldman CEO. He had been president and chief operating officer of Health Services for Children with Special Needs Inc., director of planning for George Washington University Health Plan, and assistant administrator at the Montefiore Medical Center for Prison Health Services on Rikers Island, New York.

Bryn Mawr Bank Corp., the parent of Bryn Mawr Trust, said Kristin L. Marinelli has joined Powers Craft Parker & Beard Inc., the insurance brokerage division of Bryn Mawr Trust, as vice president and commercial account executive. She had been a commercial lines producer/risk manager and account executive at Ruhl Insurance in Lancaster.

Cozen O'Connor, Philadelphia, has launched an institutional-response group with the addition of five attorneys experienced in sexual- and gender-based harassment and violence and child protection. The attorneys are Gina Maisto Smith, Leslie M. Gomez, Megan L. Traversari, and Lauren C. Carella, all of whom were formerly with Pepper Hamilton LLP, and Maureen P. Holland, formerly of Hamburg & Golden P.C. Leading the group will be Smith, as chair, and Gomez, as vice chair.

St. Mary Medical Center, Langhorne, has appointed Lawrence Brilliant vice president/chief medical officer. He served as the medical director of emergency services at St. Mary for the last two years and is succeeded by Darin Geracimos.

Finch Brands, Philadelphia, has hired Thomas Finkle as chief innovation officer and Lauren Madway Collier as vice president, brand and marketing strategy. Finkle had been CEO of Passenger. Collier had been North American marketing director for the drinks division of MARS Inc.

Keisha Johnson has joined Penn State Abington as the conduct-standards coordinator in Student Affairs.

Shirley Richardson has been appointed dean of Our Lady of Lourdes School of Nursing, Camden. Richardson is also dean of St. Francis Medical Center School of Nursing, Trenton, a sister school through the hospitals' parent organization, Trinity Health.

EducationWorks, Philadelphia, has promoted Tanya Ruley-Mayo to chief operating officer, from director of learning and impact. It also hired Tiffaney Waters as director of learning and impact. Waters had been a grants compliance monitor for the School District of Philadelphia in the Office of Federal Programs and Grant Compliance.

Hopeworks 'N Camden, a nonprofit organization empowering inner-city youth through technology, has hired Manuel Torres as its new director of business innovation. Torres has been an independent consultant for almost three years, partnering with small and medium-size organizations to solve business operational challenges.

Health Partners Plans, Philadelphia, has promoted Anthony Marino to vice president, IT infrastructure and operations, from director of corporate technology.

The University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine has appointed Michael Mison as Ryan Hospital director and chief medical officer. Mison also will continue in his role as clinical associate professor of surgery.

Women's Way, a Philadelphia nonprofit dedicated to the advancement of women, girls, and gender equality, has named Diane Cornman-Levy executive director.

Marcus & Millichap, Wynnewood, a commercial real estate investment services firm, has promoted Ridge MacLaren to senior vice president, investments, from first vice president, investments.

Anthony & Sylvan Pools, Doylestown, has hired Dina Rutstein as senior human resources director. She had been interim director.

Justin D. Kauffman has been hired as director, asset management and field services, for Aqua America Inc., Bryn Mawr. He had been regional technology leader and asset-management specialist at CH2M Hill.

Cassatt Insured Group, a Malvern captive insurance group that provides professional and other liability insurance and risk management and patient safety programs to its member hospitals and physicians, has hired Amy Meehan as director of Cassatt's Patient Safety Organization. It also promoted Maureen Barnes, former director of the Patient Safety Organization, to vice president, risk management and patient safety.

Cherylle C. Corpuz has been named a partner and chair of the immigration practice group at Reger Rizzo & Darnall LLP, Philadelphia. She had managed the immigration practice for a Philadelphia-based AmLaw 100 firm 2006-2010.
