Capehart Scatchard, Mount Laurel, has named workers' compensation department attorney Ana-Eliza T. Bauersachs a shareholder.

Linda Grass has been hired as CEO of Prime Healthcare Services' Lower Bucks Hospital in Bristol. Previously, Grass was president and CEO at Jeanes Hospital in Northeast Philadelphia.

The Bryn Mawr-based water utility Aqua Pennsylvania has promoted Curt Steffy to vice president, production, from director, operations.

Ted Pastva Jr. has been named chief financial officer of the Berwyn-based technology and service company Archer. He had been vice president of finance and administration at GrubHub.

AC Lordi, a Malvern provider of accounting and risk-management consulting and executive search, has hired Matthew Miades as principal in its risk management service line, where he will lead the IT audit practice. He had been partner in the Philadelphia office of PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Medecision, a Wayne health-care technology company, has promoted Kathleen D'Amarioto senior vice president and chief technology officer, from senior vice president, chief architect.

Michelle Orloski has been appointed director of professional development at the Philadelphia law firm Stradley Ronon. She began her career at the firm as an associate in the litigation department and was a member of the associates committee and hiring committee.

Harris J. Chernow has been hired as national franchise partner and chair of Reger Rizzo & Darnall's national franchise and distribution practice group, and will join members of the firm's entertainment, hospitality, and sports law group in the Philadelphia and New Jersey offices. Steven Kapustin has been hired as a national franchise partner and business litigator. Both were founding members of Chernow Kapustin L.L.C. in Horsham.

Qlik, a Radnor provider of visual analytics, has named Les Bonney chief strategy officer. Mark Thurmond has been hired to replace Bonney as executive vice president, worldwide sales and service. Thurmond had been senior vice president, global sales of VCE, an EMC company.

Eisenberg, Gold, Cettei & Agrawal P.C., Cherry Hill, has hired Andrew Unterlack as an associate. He had been an associate with Lamm Group in Philadelphia.

Clifford J. Belden has been appointed chair of the department of radiology at Temple University Hospital, professor of radiology at Temple University School of Medicine, and radiologist-in-chief for the Temple University Health System. Belden had served as chair of the department of radiology and chief clinical officer and senior associate dean for clinical affairs at the Geisel School of Medicine of Dartmouth University and the Dartmouth-Hitchcock Health System in New Hampshire.

Paul Ames has been hired by Delaware Investments as senior vice president, North American consultant relations. He had been vice president, consultant relations, at Franklin Templeton.
