A night of pizza that's fit to be Thaied

Braised Massaman Short Rib Pizza topped with Sun Dried Tomatoes & Fried Potato Rounds.

Alex Boonphaya, chef-owner of Circles Thai and Tuk Tuk Real in Philadelphia, will meld East and West on June 2 when he is featured as the evening's guest chef at Liberty Hall Pizza in Lambertville, N.J.

He'll make Braised Massaman Short Rib Pizza topped with Sun Dried Tomatoes & Fried Potato Rounds.

Next up after Boonphaya are Brendan Anderson, head brewer at Triumph Brewery, and Gab Carbone of Princeton's The Bent Spoon, who will step in as guest pizzaioli on June 16.

The entire Liberty Hall Pizza menu will also be available along with the guest chefs' pizzas for all Guest Pizzaiolo events, which take place every other Tuesday.
