To kick off Budweiser Made in America weekend, the famous Budweiser Clydesdales are making an appearance at Urban Saloon (2120 Fairmount Ave.) on Thursday, Sept. 3. To celebrate, there'll be a pop-up beer garden outside serving $3.50 beers from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Take it back to the 18th century with the Constitution Center's (525 Arch St.) Colonial Days. From 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. from Friday, Sept. 4 through Monday, Sept. 7, the museum will host Continental Army-inspired activities, colonial dress-up, games and more, both inside and outside.

The Lightning Bolt Express train runs one more time for the summer at Franklin Square (6th and Race Streets) on Saturday, Sept. 5, Sunday, Sept. 6 and Monday, Sept. 7. Rides will be given from noon to 3 p.m., but the park's carousel and mini golf course will be open from 10 a.m. until 10 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m. until 9 p.m. on Sunday and Monday. Make it a nighttime event on Saturday, Sept. 5 when Ghostbusters hits the screen at 7 p.m.

Make a toast to the summer at Chaddsford Winery (632 Baltimore Pike, Chadds Ford) during their weekend-long Labor Day celebrations. With live music, tastings, food and tour opportunities, make it a point to head over between Saturday, Sept. 5 and Monday, Sept. 7. They open at 11 a.m. all three days.

Philly's landmark music event, Made in America, returns for the fourth year to the Benjamin Franklin Parkway this weekend. Lineup notables include Beyonce, The Weeknd, Modest Mouse, Meek Mill and more. Doors open at noon on both Saturday, Sept. 5 and Sunday, Sept. 6.

Bratwurst! Schnitzel! Beer! Music! The 143rd Cannstatter Volksfest is this weekend, bringing the best of German culture to the Cannstatter Volksfest Verein (9130 Academy Rd.) from Saturday, Sept. 5 to Monday, Sept. 7. Expect performances from the Philadelphia German Brass Band, a bar, and vendors selling grilled delicacies, sweets and deli goods. Doors open at noon all three days.

Taproom on 19th (2400 S. 19th St.) will be a little crabby on Saturday, Sept. 5. Bring the whole family to their block party and crab fest. Aside from crustaceans, they'll be grilling burgers, kielbasa, hot dogs and serving up corn and potatoes. It starts at 1 p.m.

Get into the competitive spirit with the Temple vs. Penn State game on Saturday, Sept. 5 at Lincoln Financial Field (1 Lincoln Financial Field Way). Kickoff is at 3:30 p.m.

Sesame Place (100 Sesame Rd., Langhorne) always knows how to do a holiday weekend. Eat up with a traditional barbecue at 5 p.m. And then after the park's 8 p.m. parade, Sesame Street characters will join the crowd for a colorful and musical fireworks show on Saturday, Sept. 5 and Sunday, Sept. 6.

The art scene continues to bustle this holiday weekend with the unveiling of two new murals at Elixr Coffee (207 S. Sydenham St.) on Saturday, Sept. 5. Amze Emmons' work will be on the building's interior while another by Dan Kent will be on the exterior. The event starts at 8 p.m. with food from Brick and Mortar and drinks from Yards.

It's disco. It's a dance party. Boogie down with DJs Shearn and Del at Saturnia at the Trestle Inn (11th and Callowhill Streets) on Saturday, Sept. 5 starting at 10 p.m. Go-go dancers, The Trestle Specials, will set the mood while you get in on the bar's whiskey selection.

You kicked off the summer with Making Time at Bamboo Bar (927 N. Delaware Ave.), now end the season in the same manner: with a Rad-B-Q. Doors open at 6 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 6 where Making Time faves Dave P. & Sammy Slice, Mike Z. & Dave Pak, Rocktits!, Greg D. and the Broadzilla DJs will bring the dance vibes along with a live performance from Empress Of. We'll raise a fishbowl to that.

Three-day weekends make partying on Sunday a possibility. DJ Deejay will be on-deck at the Moshulu (401 S. Columbus Blvd.) on Sunday, Sept. 6 for a 10 p.m. party of Top 40, throwbacks and hip-hop.
