Weston Fitness: Fun, essential ingredient to fitness success

That is why their WESFIT group classes in the Great Room and the Furnace are designed to provide you with cardio, strength training, flexibility and most importantly fun.

The Furnace is the home of all the group cycling classes. The variety of which Weston described as "endless".

"We want you to have fun while kicking your butt and find a style that fits you.  In some classes we use weights or bands, in others we hop off the bikes to add some push-ups, squats and ab training into the mix," she said.

"And of course there are the straight cardio rides, some emphasizing endurance, or taking it to the hill.  Lots of Positive vibes in the Furnace."

Weston's style of cycling she said is "for you to do the best you can for you , while feeding off the energy of the group."

If you love a party atmosphere then you might also want to check out classes in The Great Room where there is always a fitness party going on. Weston explained that the point is to " get you out of your head and into the natural rhythm of your body. "

"We have it all, strength training, cardio dance, pilates, yoga, boot camps, kick boxing and more."

Weston's philosophy is that as long as you are getting in cardio, strength, and flexibility, it doesn't matter how you do it , as long as you are getting results and having fun.

"Some want to be swept off the floor when they are done and others want to groove to the music , release stress and feel good," she added.

At Weston Fitness, they also offer Piloxing or Zumba as well as originally designed classes like the H30 workout system that all have a positive head component and can be done in 30 minutes.

Weston believes that what makes Weston Fitness so different is the variety of classes they offer under one roof, over 40 classes a week, morning, noon and night.

"But I think what makes us the most unique is our members. They are crazy awesome, just incredible. And they are friendly and welcoming to new people. So supportive , I just can't say enough."
