Most often, the biggest barrier to working out is cost. With some of Philly’s premiere studios charging upwards of $25 a class, it can be easy to use expense as an excuse to skip out on daily exercise. Luckily for you, Free Fitness Philly is breaking down that barrier by offering free weekly workouts.
Starting Tuesday, June 17th through October, Free Fitness Philly will host pop-up boot camp classes every Tuesday at 6 p.m. at Sister Cities Park (18th and Ben Franklin Parkway).
Classes will be led by certified personal trainer Marquia Price, who has been a boot camp instructor for 10 years. You can expect a variety of cardio and strength training exercises meant for people of all ages and fitness levels.
No need to register in advance — all you have to do is show up!
