Step up your training with Unite Fitness

Have you been letting the stresses of everyday life keep you from taking care of yourself? We all know proper nutrition and fitness are the pillars of healthy living, but sometimes it is easier said than done.

Have you been letting the stresses of everyday life keep you from taking care of yourself? We all know proper nutrition and fitness are the pillars of healthy living, but sometimes it is easier said than done. Sometimes extra motivation can help and that is why Unite Fitness is offering an accelerated 10 week fitness boot camp starting this June.

Gavin McKay, founder of Unite Fitness told Philly.com that this boot camp is geared for those want to make a commitment to getting stronger and healthier as well as for those who are looking to step up their fitness routine.

The 10 week program, which starts June 8, is designed to upgrade both your fitness and your diet. As part of the program, you will have access to unlimited group training workouts (indoor), private outdoor boot camp workouts, before/after measures and fitness assessments, and Unite's 10 Step Eating Program.

Each week there will be a nutrition challenge focused on changing habits. "Nutrition is a bigger and bigger deal for us," said McKay.

The fitness boot camp will be offered at both the Mt. Laurel Studio and the Philly East Studio. The Mt. Laurel outdoor workouts will be on Tuesdays,  6-7 a.m. at Laurel Acres Park and the Philadelphia workouts will be Tuesdays, 6:30-7:30 a.m. at various locations including Rittenhouse, Washington Square and the Art Museum.

For more information about the boot camp or to register online at the Philly East Studio, visit their website. If you'd like to attend at the Mt. Laurel Studio, call 267-337-4365.
