If you're headed to Wilco at the Wilmington Blue Rocks stadium tonight, get there early. Conor Oberst - the man who is Bright Eyes, essentially - opens up with his Mystic Valley Band. They go on promptly at 7.  From Conan  earlier this year, here's "Nikorette," from Outer South, the pass-the-mic group effort that's second-straight album that Omaha-reared Oberst has chosen to release under his own name. He may not yet have stepped up and delivered on all his early promise, but in a songwriting battle to determine who actually has something to say, I'll still take Oberst over Jeff Tweedy.
