Healthy family recipe: Pumpkin Pie Oatmeal

Its fall y'all and this breakfast is the pick of the patch. Try a nice warm treat that is full of fiber before you start your day. It is important to eat some fiber every day because it helps to protect your heart, your digestion and keeps you feeling full!
Pumpkin Pie Oatmeal
1/2 cup cooked oatmeal (Quick oats or original instant)
1/4 cup pumpkin puree
1 tablespoon skim milk
1/2 tablespoon brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
Directions:
Cook oatmeal as per directions on package then add other ingredients together in a bowl and reheat if needed
