NJ photographer indicted

A Cinnaminson photographer was indicted by a Burlington County grand jury today for accepting money from dozens of customers and failing to perform the work they had contracted him to do.

A Cinnaminson photographer was indicted by a Burlington County grand jury today for accepting money from dozens of customers and failing to perform the work they had contracted him to do.

Jack Holton, 62, was indicted on one count of theft by failure to make required disposition of property received. He is accused of taking more than $174,000 from 54 customers and not delivering promised services between 2002 and 2009.
