Man, 23, shot dead in Strawberry Mansion

Inquirer Staff Report:

Homicide detectives are investigating the shooting death of a 23-year-old man in the city's Strawberry Mansion section late last night.

The victim, not immediately identified, was shot multiple times on the 3200 block of Morse Street about 11:20 p.m. He was rushed to Temple University Hospital where he died at 11:52 p.m.

Investigators are seeking a motive and a suspect in the slaying.
