UPDATE: All lanes of I-95 North have re-opened at the Walt Whitman Bridge, state police said.
A car fire had closed two lanes shortly before 8 a.m. While the fire was out by 8:15, police had to wait for a tow truck to remove the vehicle.
Traffic is still backed up at the bridge, police said.
