Cops on Monday released the names of three men shot to death in separate incidents Thursday and Friday in Philadelphia.

Killed by a shotgun blast to the face at point-blank range while sitting in a Nissan sedan in West Philly's Mill Creek section on Thursday night was 33-year-old Rahspe Athy, who lived on Hoopes Street near 50th a few blocks from where he died, police said.

Investigators determined that an argument led to that shooting, but no arrests have been made.

Also slain Thursday night in a separate shooting, this time in Frankford on Kinsey Street near Tackawanna, was 20-year-old Wali Patrick, of the same block. Police said they're unsure what motivated that killing, but that officers arrested a man on gun charges shortly afterward. No charges have been filed in the murder yet.

Murdered in a double shooting in East Mount Airy Friday night was 23-year-old Nafis Armstead. Police said Armstead and a 26-year-old man were each shot several times on Sharpnack Street near Musgrave Friday night by three men who then fled the scene in a van. Armstead, of Hortter Street off Germantown Avenue about a block and a half from the shooting scene, died at Albert Einstein Medical Center. The second victim of that shooting remains in critical condition.

Police have one suspect in custody and found two guns believed to be used in the shooting, in addition to the van they believe was used as a getaway vehicle, but no murder charges have been filed.
