Steve Carell gets a swollen head
The actor makes some outrageous demands for his new film’s poster
Has success gone to Steve Carell's head? Check this new video from Funny or Die (below).
As he selects the poster he wants to use for his new movie, Crazy Stupid Love (opening Friday), the former Office boss has a very specific demand: His head must be photo shopped to appear at least 20% larger than any other actor pictured. Hey, it's in his contract.
The studio people, lead by Brian Huskey, an Upright Citizens Brigade trouper, have some trouble processing this request. But Carell is inflexible. You may recognize his representative: John Ross Bowie. He plays the marketer trying to wrangle Doug, the spokespuppet in the Ford Focus commercials.
It's only a commercial, Bowie. Don't let it go to your head.
