Homebuilder Toll Bros. is moving headquarters to Fort Washington Office Park

Homebuilder Toll Bros. is moving its headquarters from its longtime Horsham location to a building in the Fort Washington Office Park.
Toll will move its 900 employees to the 163,000-square-foot building at 1140 Virginia Dr. this fall, real estate services firm CBRE, which represented the company in the lease, said in a news release Tuesday.
The Fort Washington building’s landlord, Somerset Properties, spent more than $10 million redeveloping the property, which included the conversion of former warehouse space to office space, CBRE said.
Toll plans to have the building’s interior renovated and to put “a Toll Bros. stamp on the exterior,” Toll chairman and chief executive Douglas C. Yearley Jr. said in the release.
Toll is relocating from a building it leased at 250 Gibraltar Rd. It began looking for new space after its landlord at the site fell into foreclosure in 2017.
The CBRE team handling the lease negotiations was led by brokers Scott Miller and Rija Beares.
