Sixers retain Jacob Pullen on two-way deal; sign three other players

As expected, the 76ers have converted point guard Jacob Pullen's contract to a two-way deal. The team also agreed to terms with forward Marc Loving, guard Andrew Andrews and forward James Webb III. None of those three players are expected to make the Sixers' opening day roster.
