Wake Junior in June

John Mayberry Jr. (shown at left rounding third base after hitting a home run Tuesday) now has four homers and a .581 slugging percentage in 13 games this month.

But that shouldn't surprise anyone. His numbers — especially his power numbers — always seem to go up when the baseball season turns its calendar to June.
