Phillies lineup for Wednesday's Tampa Bay game

CLEARWATER, Fla. - The Phillies boarded their buses this morning for their first long trip of spring training as they play Tampa Bay in Port Charlotte, which is about 105 miles away.

Vince Velasquez will make his first Grapefruit League start. The righthander was shut down last year with a month left in the season after reaching an innings limit. He struck out 152 batters last season in 131 innings. It was the highest strikeout-per-nine-inning ratio for a Phillies starter since 1997.

Wednesday's game begins at 1:05 p.m. but will not be on the radio or TV.
