2D: MIESZKO faced solid rival at Charles Town after local romp; lures Dominguez. LORD PATRICK won three of last five and claimed by Lake; closing kick anticipated. MR. GOT ROCKS made bid then faded behind smashing winner; good local form. SMOKIE trounced easier when allowed to control pace; more pressure this time.

3D: PRODIGAL DAUGHTER chased unbeaten rival after maiden romp; first time in claimer. LA VIKINA in from Charles Town and appears well-spotted; Lake barn has them firing. SHELBY'S MEMORY idle two months since wiring routers; speed along inside. FEELS SO GOOD makes consistent run and already beaten older rivals.

4TH: LUCY DE BILL scored twice locally and drops into claimer but remains above price paid in Feb. at Gulf. BLITZENSFOXYVIXSIN faced quality opponents in sprint; stamina tested again. SUPERVISION trounced easier setting slow pace; faces likely duel. SEQUIN LIGHTHOUSE goes turf to dirt and removes blinkers; only third start.

5TH: MARVEL WOOD back sprinting on main track and could benefit from hotly contested pace. WARRIOR'S METTLE led to final stride when edged by uncoupled entrymate; speedy and always fires. CALL ANDY crushed easier with energy in reserve; worked quickly for this. SNOWTALKER wired tough rival in debut here last summer; fits nicely if ready.

6TH: CUCINA NICK won duel but caught late by heavy favorite; can rally from off pace. RUDIRUDY disregard Colonial try due to trouble; still formidable at age 12. PRINCE DE VIOLETTE speedy and specialist in turf sprints; just missed in last. BETTER THAN EVER won last pair decisively and should be flying late behind lively pace.

7TH: BENTROVHTO won again at Belmont and fired twice locally; drops in for tag but claimed for mere $20,000 at Gulf. WISP overran heavy favorite after Breen claim; dangerous again. DIPLOMATIC CHARM goes turf to dirt and very game in main track victory. RAPID RON humbled by smashing winner; initial stamina test.

8TH: HEAVYWEIGHT beat maidens with plenty left in tank; tested in excellent field. DON'T BE CHICKEN trounced Pha rivals in powerful score when trying turf for first time. GREY GOOSE KID often close in this spot but on losing streak. SAFE FROM HARM won blanket finish at Colonial; upset possibility.
