Sunday's Pa. roundup: Bonner-Prendergast boys' basketball clips West Catholic behind Isaiah Wong's heroics

Isaiah Wong's mid-range bank shot with seven seconds left Sunday lifted the Bonner-Prendergast boys' basketball team over West Catholic, 68-67, in a Catholic League game. Wong finished with a game-high 20 points, while teammate Tyriq Ingraham chipped in 16 points.

Harrison Klevan finished with 25 points as Lower Merion upended Neshaminy, 73-64, in the Kobe Bryant Classic. Steve Payne chipped in with 19 points for the Aces. Chris Arcidiacono scored a game-high 29 points for the Redskins.

Andrew Funk recorded 25 points in Archbishop Wood's 80-68 triumph over Cardinal O'Hara. Tyree Pickron added 17 points for the Vikings.

Eric Esposito and Patrick Robinson each scored 26 points in Conwell-Egan's 86-81 triumph over Bishop McDevitt.

Girls' Basketball

Mo'ne Davis scored a game-high 21 points and was named MVP of the game as the Springside Chestnut Hill topped Lower Merion, 49-45, in the Kobe Bryant Classic. Caroline Clark and Destiny Rogers added 12 and 11 points, respectively, for the Blue Devils.

Hoops for Hope Classic

Danielle MCurdy led all scorers with 19 points as Archbishop Ryan knocked off York Catholic, 62-51. Monee Moore and Taliyah Rahman scored 10 points apiece as the Ragdolls improved to 17-0 on the season.

Haley Meinel recorded 17 points as Central Bucks South defeated St. Basil, 36-29. Alexa Brodie contributed 10 points for the Titans.
