Sands, a senior midfielder, scored all three of her goals before halftime.

Freshman Sara Oswald also had a hat trick for the Moose.

In other nonleague action, Madison Dutton (15 saves) delivered her third straight shutout as Christian Academy cut down Philadelphia Academy Charter, 2-0, at home.

Ches-Mont. Elizabeth Morgan scored two second-half goals to lead Sun Valley to a 2-0 victory at Coatesville. Amy Parker made six saves.

Siena Veurink scored twice as Downingtown West defeated Octorara, 8-0, on the road. West is ranked No. 10 in Southeastern Pa. by The Inquirer.

Chloe Smith notched a pair of goals to propel Unionville to a 5-2 win over visiting Great Valley.

Kailee Coonan scored twice to lead West Chester Henderson to a 5-1 home win over Kennett.

Inter-Ac. Jessica Shanahan scored twice as visiting Episcopal Academy edged Baldwin, 3-2.

Penn-Jersey. Lindsay Chevlin and Julia Holtz scored two goals each to lead host Barrack Hebrew to a 6-1 victory over Mercy Vocational.

Pioneer. Gabby Vagnozzi racked up four goals to lead No. 3 Spring-Ford to a 4-0 victory over Pottsgrove. Amanda Byrd and Alex Hyduke combined on the shutout.

Kaleigh Gallagher scored twice as No. 4 Boyertown upended Upper Perkiomen, 3-0, on the road. Sarafina Valenti and Ashley Petitjean combined on the shutout.

Public. Isabelle Seidenberg scored late in the second half to send Furness to a 2-1 win at Bodine.

Ianka Silva scored twice Northeast as won at Science Leadership Academy, 4-0.

Vanessa Debeko and Erin Roache scored for Masterman in its 2-1 triumph at Prep Charter.

Tri-County League. Helana Tang scored in the first half of Perkiomen School's 1-0 win at Del-Val Friends.

Marilyn Miller scored both goals for Mastbaum in its 2-0 win at Dobbins. Nairobi Rodriguez made five saves.

Field Hockey

Susan Scappatura scored five times to power visiting Academy of New Church past Friends Select, 8-2, in the Friends Schools League.

Bicentennial. Jill Bolton tallied four scores as Christopher Dock cruised past visiting New Hope-Solebury, 6-1.

Catholic. Riley Dolan chipped in four goals and one assist as Bonner-Prendergast beat Conwell-Egan, 9-0, at home.

Sara Hayes, Hannah Nihill and Kellie O'Connor scored two goals each in Cardinal O'Hara's 9-0 triumph at Archbishop Ryan.

Bicentennial. Jamie Mayer knocked in three goals to Lower Moreland to a 5-0 home win over Bristol.

Pioneer. Olivia Hoover had a goal and an assist to lead visiting Methacton past Pope John Paul II, 3-1.

Volleyball

Jasmine Ferrence had 16 kills, two aces, and 7 digs and Shannon Frank added 12 kills, one ace, six digs, and one block as Downingtown East rallied to win 21-25, 25-16, 25-20, 25-20, at Sun Valley in the Chest-Mont League.

Central. Brianna Ellis posted six kills, 13 digs and one block to lead Strath Haven to a 25-5, 25-13, 25-21 victory over Radnor. Freshman Sammy Scannapieco had nine digs.

Nikki Gargiule had 26 assists, Diana Balta had 12 kills, Gianna Gargiule had 16 digs and visiting Penncrest topped Upper Darby, 25-15, 25-17, 25-17.
