S. Jersey Boys: Medford Tech boys cruise to 110-89 victory

Scoring chances came in abundance in Medford Tech's nonleague clash with Doane Academy on Monday. Shakwel Vincent scored a game-high 35 points to lead the visiting Jaguars to a 110-89 victory. He also made four three pointers. Aziz Parker added 21.

In other nonleague action, Earon Trowery led all scorers with 27 points and five three pointers as Gateway edged host Camden County Tech, 55-52.

Cape-Atlantic League. Tyler Jones led all scorers with 24 points and visiting Holy Spirit defeated Vineland, 57-54. Holy Spirit is ranked 17th in South Jersey by The Inquirer.

Taylor Dirkes had seven points, six assists and four steals to help host Mainland defeat Egg Harbor Township, 50-33.

Burlington County League. Kasun Thompson, Lawrence Anderson and Steven Flagg-Briggs scored 16, 13 and 12 points, respectively, and Westampton Tech defeated host Palmyra, 61-37.

Ezra Jones led host Northern Burlington with 15 points and the Greyhounds defeated Holy Cross, 71-34.

Tri-County Conference. Troy Johnson scored 25 points to help Schalick take down host Delsea, 76-64.

Wrestling

Connor Rogovich (160 pounds) picked up the match-deciding, 12-4, major decision in Cherry Hill West's 36-30 Olympic victory over visiting Paul VI.

In a nonleague match, Brian McCarty (152) scored a fall at 1 minute, 16 seconds to help host Hammonton defeat Sterling, 48-20.

Donavon Seymour (220) scored the winning fall in Lindenwold's 40-39 victory over Triton.
