Salaam Horne, junior, St. Joseph. Horne is a speedy athlete who rushed for 572 yards and five touchdowns as a sophomore and also returned three punts for TDs.

Malik Muldrow, senior, Lindenwold. He became just the third QB in Colonial Conference history to pass for 2,000 yards, as he threw for 2,090 and 14 TDs as a junior.

Jamir Prevard, junior, Atlantic City. He passed for 1,240 yards as a sophomore.

Jordan Sadusky, senior, Rancocas Valley. He's a tall pocket passer with a strong arm.

Brandon Simmons, senior, Holy Cross. Simmons is a clever lefthander who passed for 1,176 yards and 11 TDs and ran for 440 yards and five TDs as a junior.

Jose Tabora, junior, St. Augustine. He passed for 2,084 yards and 19 TDs as a sophomore in the Hermits' no-huddle, spread offense.

Nick Thevanayagam, senior, Cinnaminson. He ran for 667 yards and 11 TDs and passed for 693 yards as a junior.

Mike Welsh, junior, Shawnee. He passed for 520 yards and five TDs and ran for 390 yards and six TDs for the South Jersey Group 4 champions.

Khalil Williams, senior, Camden. He passed for 1,964 yards and 29 TDs and ran for 628 yards and five TDs as a junior.
