Wed. S.J. boys' roundup: Williamstown takes down Clearview

Andrew McNellis earned the shutout with five saves for Williamstown, which took over sole possession of first place in the Royal Division with a 5-0 record. Clearview suffered its first loss of the season, slipping to 6-1 overall and 4-1 in the division.

Cumberland broke into the winner's column in the Royal Division, courtesy of a Tyler Skye goal in overtime that enabled the Colts to outlast host Highland, 2-1.

Brent Greco and Daniel Bermudez scored two goals apiece, and Schalick's Classic Division dominance continued with a 5-0 win at Wildwood.

Ryan Magerr's unassisted goal with 2 minutes to go in regulation lifted Kingsway over host Delsea, 1-0, snapping the Dragons' four-match winless streak.

Glassboro used a second-half goal by Gino Fazzolari and Frank Mitcho's five-save shutout to claim a 1-0 win at Deptford.

Gloucester grabbed its first win of the season, 1-0, at Salem, with Marcelo Ponte scoring in support of goalie Tom Moore (seven saves).

Torey Langlois buried a penalty kick in the 60th minute, and Panthers goalie Adam Horner stopped eight shots, making host Pitman a 1-0 winner over Clayton.

Olympic. Second-ranked Washington Township couldn't cash in on its scoring chances, including a close-in rebound that rang off the post in the second overtime period, leaving the Minutemen to settle for a scoreless draw at Bishop Eustace.

Vincent Maiorino had five saves for the Crusaders, while Nick Ditullio stopped six shots for Township.

A pair of first-half goals by Greg Biggiani and flawless goaltending by Mike Hartmann (five saves) enabled No. 8 Shawnee to post a 2-0 triumph at Paul VI.

Eric Wright had to work in goal for No. 9 Lenape, turning aside 15 shots, and the Indians used balanced scoring to take a 3-0 decision at Camden Catholic.

Burlington County. Caio Machado deposited a pass from Desi Collazo with 4:45 to go in the second half, giving host Burlington Township a 1-0 win over Cinnaminson and solidifying the Falcons' Liberty Division lead. Ryan Liberty earned the shutout by stopping a dozen shots.

Cape-Atlantic. Alec Delconte and Dominic Vitale supplied the scoring for Lower Cape May's 2-1 triumph at Wildwood Catholic.

Nonleague. In a meeting between winless teams, Pennsauken received scoring from three players and solid goaltending by Caleb Pancoast to defeat visiting Woodrow Wilson, 3-1.
