Penn Charter's Hnatkowsky sets all-time Inter-Ac passing record

Penn Charter's Michael Hnatkowsky is in good company after his game Friday. Hnatkowsky scored three touchdowns and threw for 202 yards and became the all-time Inter-Ac League passing leader in the visiting Quakers' 27-0 nonleague shutout of Interboro.

Hnatkowsky scored three touchdowns and threw for 202 yards and became the all-time Inter-Ac League passing leader in the visiting Quakers' 27-0 nonleague shutout of Interboro.

Hnatkowsky has 4,899 career passing yards, breaking former Quaker John Loughery's record.

Loughery, the cousin of Atlanta Falcons quarterback Matt Ryan, finished his career with 4,780 passing yards in 2010.

Central League

Marple Newton 37, Upper Darby 0: Anthony Paoletti threw for 371 yards and five touchdowns, breaking current coach Chris Gicking's single-game passing record in the visiting Tigers' victory.

Gicking set the original record throwing for 360 yards in a 1995 game.

SOL American

Hatboro-Horsham 35, Upper Moreland 14: Chris Edwards' four passing touchdowns led the Hatters in a home win against the the Golden Bears. Edwards connected with Brandon Crews for three touchdown passes.

Public League Liberty

Martin Luther King 22, Southern 16: Keyon Davis connected with Myles James on a 55-yard touchdown pass, and Demetrius Meech-Smith scored the deciding touchdown on a seven-yard run to secure a road win for the Golden Panthers.

Public League National

Boys' Latin 36, Dobbins 0: Malik Johnson's two passing touchdowns and Cory Little's two rushing touchdowns led the Warriors' offense in the home win.

Boys' Soccer

Colin Donnelly scored two goals and visiting St. Joseph's Prep defeated Archbishop Carroll, 3-1, in a Catholic League game.

Public League C

Science Leadership (Beeber) 9, Mastbaum 1: Dashawn McIntosh-Inniss' three goals led the way in the visiting Rockets rout of the Panthers.

Friends' League

Academy of New Church 7, Friends Select 0: Yates Pendleton recorded two goals and was one of six different scorers in the Lions' shutout road win.

Girls' Soccer

Marilyn Miller had a hat trick and visiting Mastbaum blanked Overbrook, 6-0, in a Public League game.

Inter-Ac League

Springside Chestnut Hill 4, Germantown Academy 3: Emily McNesby scored all of the Blue Devils' goals in their home win against the Patriots.
