U.S. Open exhibit at Independence Mall opens Monday
The United States Golf Association on Monday announced an event called "The U.S. Open Experience at Independence Mall." Scheduled to open next Monday at the Independence Visitor Center, the exhibit will feature interactive educational golf exhibits and an official U.S. Open merchandise store.

Scheduled to open next Monday at the Independence Visitor Center, the exhibit will feature interactive educational golf exhibits and an official U.S. Open merchandise store.
On June 15 and 16, the final two days of the Open at Merion Golf Club, additional exhibits will include live outdoor big-screen coverage of the Open, authentic USGA bleacher seating and simulated playing opportunities.
All activities are free and open to the public.
Independence Mall is located at the meeting of Chestnut, Race, Fifth and Sixth Streets. The visitor center is open daily from 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m., and the outdoor weekend exhibits will be open from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.
