WATCH: Flyers winger Jakub Voracek scores a goal with his neck

The Flyers suffered a 5-2 loss to the New York Rangers on Tuesday night, but winger Jakub Voracek had to suffer some physical pain while "scoring" a goal in the loss.

The Flyers suffered a 5-2 loss to the New York Rangers on Tuesday night, but winger Jakub Voracek had to suffer some physical pain while "scoring" a goal in the loss.

Without a doubt, Voracek was the last Flyer to contact the puck. The point of contact just so happened to be his neck/throat.

The Flyers were attempting to come back from a 3-1 hole to begin the third period. On a offensive-zone faceoff, Max Talbot drew the puck back and Claude Giroux unleashed a hard one-timer at the net. Voracek, who broke toward the net to screen goaltender Henrik Lundqvist, was nailed up high by the the shot and the puck deflected into the net to cut the Rangers' lead to 3-2.

It wasn't enough to propel the Flyers to victory as the Rangers add two goals to put the game on ice.
