Eagles offensive lineman Stefen Wisniewski is inactive for Monday's game against the Oakland Raiders because of an ankle injury, meaning Chance Warmack will start in Wisniewski's place for the second consecutive game.

Cornerback Jalen Mills and linebacker Mychal Kendricks are active and will start even though both were questionable.

The inactives are wide receiver Shelton Gibson, wide receiver Marcus Johnson, defensive end Steven Means, defensive tackle Elijah Qualls, running back Wendell Smallwood, linebacker Joe Walker,  and Wisniewski.

Walker is a surprise inactive. Dannell Ellerbe will be in uniform ahead of Walker, who is healthy. Cornerback Rasul Douglas is active after missing last week's game, with Gibson taking the spot on the bench. The Eagles are going with four active wide receivers instead of four active cornerbacks, like they did last week.

Wisniewski injured his ankle on Dec. 10 against the Los Angeles Rams. The Eagles want to waist for Wisniewski to get completely healthy before returning him to the lineup; they don't want an injury to linger into the playoffs.

Wide receiver Amari Cooper is active for the Raiders after missing last week's game.
