The Eagles officially added nine undrafted rookies as free agents on Monday and released tight end Evan Moore. They will not, however, sign quarterback Tim Tebow, according to a league source. Tebow was released by the Jets on Monday.

The Eagles signed the following players: linebacker Jake Knott (Iowa State), running back Miguel Maysonet (Stony Brook), center Kyle Quinn (Arizona), defensive lineman Isaac Remington (Oregon), wide receiver Russell Shepard (LSU), defensive lineman Damion Square (Alabama), guard Matt Tobin (Iowa), running back Matthew Tucker (Texas Christian) and punter Brad Wing (LSU).

Pay attention to Maysonet, who rushed for 1,964 rushing yards and 21 touchdowns at Stony Brook. The Eagles did not draft a running back, so Maysonet and Tucker will compete with Chris Polk for the No. 3 running back job.

Remington played for Kelly at Oregon, and is now the third player on the roster who is a former Duck. Dennis Dixon and Casey Matthews are the other two.

It's also worth watching both of the LSU players. Shepard is a versatile athlete who was once of the top quarterbacks in the country coming out of high school. He was not productive as a wide receiver last season, but Kelly might be able to find creative ways to use him.

Wing is an Austalian native who was a first-team all-American at punter in 2011, but he left LSU despite two remaining years of eligiblity but had off-field issues with the Tigers. He was suspended for the Chic fil-A Bowl because of a failed drug test. The Eagles signed Donnie Jones and release Mat McBriar during the offseason.
