Week 10 - at Green Bay

Starter: Seneca Wallace

Backup: Scott Tolzien

Wallace is replacing the injured Aaron Rodgers, Tolzien spent the weekend on the practice squad and Brett Favre was out getting dirt on his Wrangler jeans.

Bottom line: Wallace was out of football last year. Eagles defense has to pounce on this.

Week 11 - vs. Washington

Starter: Robert Griffin III

Backup: Kirk Cousins

Maybe he's still nagged by the playoff knee injury, but Griffin has had an inconsistent second season after winning rookie of the year in 2012.

Bottom line: No matter who's in there, the Eagles better cover emerging tight end Jordan Reed.

Week 12 - Bye

Week 13 - vs. Arizona

Starter: Carson Palmer

Backup: Drew Stanton

Palmer led the Cardinals to a 27-13 win over Atlanta last week that probably saved his job - for now.

Bottom line: If the Cardinals can beat the Eagles with John Skelton (2011) and Kevin Kolb (2012), what's to say the two jokers they have now couldn't pull off a surprise?

Week 14 - vs. Detroit

Starter: Matthew Stafford

Backup: Shaun Hill

The Lions pledged that Stafford would not throw the ball 700-plus times like he did last season. He's on pace for 676. Hill started for Stafford against the Eagles in 2010 and threw for a career-high 335 yards as the Birds hung on for an exciting, 35-32 win.

Bottom line: Did we mention that wide receiver Calvin Johnson had 329 receiving yards in Detroit's last game?

Week 15 - at Minnesota

Starter: Christian Ponder

Backups: Josh Freeman, Matt Cassel

This already has been a merry-go-round and the music's not likely to stop in the middle of their current four-game losing streak.

Bottom line: Poor Adrian Peterson.

Week 16 - vs. Chicago

Starter: Jay Cutler (injured)

Backups: Josh McCown, Jordan Palmer

McCown played very well in place of Cutler in Monday's upset win over the Packers. If Cutler (groin) doesn't play this Sunday, he might be ready to go on Nov. 17.

Bottom line: This game is three days before Christmas so figure on Cutler, who was born in Santa Claus, Ind., to come to town.

Week 17 - at Dallas

Starter: Tony Romo

Backup: Kyle Orton

Never mind who the Dallas quarterback is, if Foles is starting for the Birds, he can't possibly be as bad as he was in his last game against the Cowboys. Can he?

Bottom line: A win could mean the division title. A loss starts the Marcus Mariota/Johnny Manziel/Teddy Bridgewater watch. Only in the NFC Least.
