The Eagles play their second preseason game Friday against the Cincinnati Bengals. I'm looking forward to seeing the first-team defense on the field for more than six plays. And I'd like to see how the offense looks with a little time to get into the flow of a game without the players knowing they're going to get yanked right away.

I'd like to see Ernie Sims hit someone who isn't his teammate. I'd also like to see Cincinnati work on its blitz packages so we can get an idea (a) how the Eagles' offensive line does picking it up, and (b) how Kolb does with rushers in his face. I am also, as usual, looking forward to seeing Dorenbos long-snap.
