One day before its season opener against Indiana State, Penn State announced its four senior captains who will lead the team this year.

Wide receiver Derek Moye, defensive tackle Devon Still, left tackle Quinn Barham and safety Drew Astorino were voted by their teammates as captains for 2011. The players voted on Monday.

Moye returns as one of Penn State's biggest offensive threats. The 6-foot-5, 210 pound receiver from Rochester, Pa., enters his senior season 11th in program history with 104 receptions and 1,741 receiving yards. He also has 15 touchdown catches, which ties him for fifth in program history. He caught at least one touchdown pass in seven of the last eight games last season.

Still, a Wilmington, Del. native, is a key player on Penn State's defense. The 6-foot-5, 310 pound tackle finished last season with a great Outback Bowl performance, recording seven tackles, including 3.5 for loss.

Barham (Durham, N.C.), 6-foot-3 and 304 pounds, returns after starting every game at left tackle last season. A former offensive guard, Barham leads an offensive line that allowed just 12 sacks last season.

One of four seniors starting in Penn State's defensive backfield, Astorino was fourth on the team with 70 tackles last season and had one interception. The Edinboro, Pa. native started in 24 games over the past two seasons.
