Wilmer tosses six TDs to lead Del Val

Delaware Valley quarterback Aaron Wilmer (George Washington) threw for 282 yards and a school-record six touchdowns as the Aggies jumped out to a 42-0 lead and finished with a 42-21 home triumph over Middle Atlantic Conference foe Albright College.

The win was the third straight for Delaware Valley, improving its record to 3-2, 3-1. Albright fell to 3-2, 2-2. Wilmer completed 13 of 20 passes, including scoring tosses of 79, 7, 3, 5, 66, and 33 yards.

Lincoln 55, Johnson C. Smith 53 - Tim Green's 77-yard interception with less than four minutes remaining was the difference as the host Lions (1-4, 1-1 CIAA) held off a late charge to beat the Golden Bulls (2-3, 1-1). Gerald Swain (Burlington Township) finished just 2 yards shy of his first 100-yard game of the season as he had 98 yards on 18 carries.

Widener 40, Lebanon Valley 37 - James McFadden (Archbishop Wood) booted a 33-yard field goal in overtime for the Pride (5-0, 4-0 Middle Atlantic). Down by 16, Widener rallied to beat the Dutchmen (3-2, 2-2) in Annville, Pa.

Rowan 17, Brockport 3 - Keith Corcoran (St. Joseph) rushed for 111 yards and a touchdown to lead the host Profs (4-1, 3-0 MAC) over the Golden Eagles (3-2, 1-2). Ed Eisenhart (Clearview) made five catches for 51 yards and a touchdown.

Ursinus 24, Moravian 7 - The Bears (3-2, 2-2 Centennial) held the Greyhounds (2-3, 2-2) to 95 yards of total offense, including just 9 yards rushing, and sacked Moravian QB Jimmy Lahue six times on the way to the win in Collegeville. Wide receiver Josh Williams (Central Bucks South) caught a game-high six passes for 112 yards and a score.

Mercyhurst 36, Cheyney 10 - Marcus Jones rushed for 110 yards on 18 carries to lead the host Wolves, but it wasn't enough as Cheyney (1-4) fell to the Lakers (4-1).

TCNJ 55, Western Connecticut State 27 - The Lions (2-2, 1-1 NJAC) compiled 576 yards of total offense and dominated the host Colonials (0-4, 0-2). Mike Barber (Absegami) forced a fumble, which led to a TD.

West Chester 37, California (Pa.) 34 - Ronell Williams (Chester) intercepted a pass with 1:18 left to help the visiting Rams top the Vulcans. Rondell White (Rustin) rushed for 200 yards and a touchdown, and Mike Mattei (Chestnut Hill Academy) went 23 for 43 for 289 yards and three touchdowns.
