Wednesday's NFL coaching news, rumors: Bradley not first choice for Jaguars

Here's a look at the latest news and rumors surrounding the NFL teams in need of new coaches.

- As you likely already know, Seahawks defensive coordinator Gus Bradley has left Philadelphia to interview with the Jaguars. Reports out of Jacksonville, however, indicate that general manager Dave Caldwell is not as interested in Bradley as he is in San Francisco offensive coordinator Greg Roman, who was a college roommate of Caldwell.

- The Chicago Bears have hired Marc Trestman of the Montreal Alouettes to replace Lovie Smith as their head coach. Trestman was an offensive coordinator in Cleveland, San Francisco, Arizona, and Oakland before spending the last five seasons in the Canadian Football League, where he led the Alouettes to two Grey Cup titles.

- Former Saints interim head coach Aaron Kromer will be the Bears new offensive coordinator and offensive line coach under Trestman.

- The Indianapolis Colts are hoping to keep Bruce Arians, who filled in for Chuck Pagano as head coach for most of the 2012 season. However, they say they are prepared if Arians accepts a job elsewhere.
