Letters: President Obama's foes reveal themselves

SHIRLEY Sherrod has acted like a lady - it's how she was raised. Ms. Sherrod was told by her mother that their family would not survive unless they could rise above those who committed a horrible crime against her and her family. Her mother told her that so that her family could survive and make the world a better place.

SHIRLEY Sherrod has acted like a lady - it's how she was raised.

Ms. Sherrod was told by her mother that their family would not survive unless they could rise above those who committed a horrible crime against her and her family. Her mother told her that so that her family could survive and make the world a better place.

Now let's look at how the Drudges, Breitbarts, Becks, Limbaughs, Hannitys and certain local hosts were raised.

Looks like it was to keep a far smaller chip on their shoulder alive, and just plain get even with the rest of the world, or get even with those they want to blame for any disappointment in their lives.

President Obama and his administration have allowed Fox News to identify themselves.

And when the administration musters up the courage to accept that certain people, including those mentioned above, will NEVER accept a Democratic let alone minority president - let's not sugarcoat this - it identifies them. It's who they are, their DNA.

It is time for the administration to understand that they have to take the gloves off and say it like it is. Not how a group that will never accept Obama in any way may want to hear it - but like it is.

Do any of those mentioned go more than 15 minutes of airtime without mentioning race/ethnicity in code? It's their assignment, they accept it, and it's what their base wants to hear. And a "No, I don't go for that" with a followup about Rev. Wright/Black Panthers/ ACORN/SEIU/ teachers unions is cowardly.

Can someone tell me why Fox News is getting the blame for this story? They didn't even mention it until after she was fired. Glenn Beck, whom liberals love to bash, even went to bat for her.

Just another ploy to try to discredit Fox. Won't work. Look at the ratings.
