Letters | Dumb parking

PHILADELPHIA has a lot of problems, and this is another: People jumping the curb and parking on the sidewalk. Don't these idiots know their vehicle weighs several tons and can damage homeowners' underground pipes?

Where do they get their licenses? I bet they don't park like that on their own property. I've seen contractors, city workers and all types doing this with no consideration.
