Two current employees of the people of the United States were in Philadelphia on Monday, March 19, and one of them was seeking a new job.

That would be U.S. Sen. Hillary Clinton. The other public employee was Rep. Allyson Schwartz, and she was there to support Hillary.

Since both the House and Senate were working on March 19, and they were absent, presumably without permission, do both of these employees still get paid?
