Man arrested for climbing on NJ school roof
Police believe the man did not intend to cause anyone harm, but he was charged with trespassing.
A New Jersey man was arrested Tuesday after he was found on a Gloucester Township school roof.
Bojan K. Gaines, 22, of Sicklerville, was charged with criminal trespass, Gloucester Township police stated.
At 11:28 a.m., police were called to Erial Elementary School for the report of a subject on the roof. The school was placed in lockdown, with all doors and windows secured. Officers located Gaines and arrested him. They then checked for additional suspects or anything suspicious. Once the scene was secured, the lockdown was lifted, according to police.
Police believe Gaines did not intend to cause anyone harm, the department said in a news release.
