Grand jury indicts man in Camden slaying

A grand jury has indicted a Pennsauken man on murder and weapons charges in the shooting of a Camden man in November, the Camden County Prosecutor's Office said Monday.

A grand jury has indicted a Pennsauken man on murder and weapons charges in the shooting of a Camden man in November, the Camden County Prosecutor's Office said Monday.

Bronk Miller, 25, opened fire on Andre Matthews, 44, just after 3:10 a.m. Nov. 8 in the 1400 block of Pershing Street, authorities said. Bail of $1.5 million was set for Miller, who already was being held in New Jersey State Prison on unrelated drug charges.

Police found Matthews on the sidewalk. He was taken to Cooper University Hospital, where he died, authorities said. - Michael Boren
