Burlco man gets 22 years for killing brother

A 35-year-old Burlington County man was sentenced Friday to 22 years in prison for fatally hitting his brother with a car two years ago, prosecutors said.

Lyle G. Person, of Willingboro, pleaded guilty in March to aggravated manslaughter in the first degree for killing Lee Person, 31, on Mar. 14, 2014.

The men had an argument at a relative's home before Lyle Person struck his brother with a 2001 BMW wagon. Lee Person died five days later at the hospital.
