Burlco man arrested in child porn charges

New Jersey authorities have arrested a Burlington County man on child pornography charges.

Christian D. Maher-Schultze, 23, of the unit block of Hawk Lane, in Evesham, is charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child for using his email to trade pornographic images of prepubescent girls engaging in sexual acts with men, the Burlington County Prosecutor's Office said Monday.

Maher-Schultze was arrested Friday at home after investigators, acting on a search warrant, found the pornography on his computer. He was jailed on $75,000 bail.

The investigation was conducted by the Burlington County Prosecutor's Office High-Tech Crimes Unit, Evesham police and the New Jersey State Police.
