Burlco ticket wins $280k jackpot

A ticket sold at a grocery store in Burlington County won more than $280,000 in a recent Jersey Cash 5 drawing.

A ticket sold at a grocery store in Burlington County won more than $280,000 in a recent Jersey Cash 5 drawing.

New Jersey Lottery officials said the lucky ticket matched all five numbers drawn Sunday: 4, 22, 24, 42 and 43.

The ticket, worth $280,948, was purchased at the ShopRite at 1300 Fairview Blvd. in Delran.

The store gets a $2,000 bonus.

In other lottery news:

- The jackpot for Wednesday's Powerball drawing stands at $189 million for the annuity, or $126.2 million cash. A Pennsylvania ticket, sold in Pittsburgh, was among the four tickets that won $1 million in Saturday's game, but the top prize rose since no one hit the jackpot.

- The top prize in the Mega Millions game is also on the rise, after there were no winners in Tuesday's drawing. The jackpot for Friday rolls over to $104 million, or $68 million cash.
